Astroindusoot – Return & Refund Policy

At Astroindusoot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in sourcing, crafting, and delivering authentic gemstones and astrological items. However, in the rare case that you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities.


1. Return Window


• Customers may request a return or exchange within 8 days of receiving their order.

• After 8 days, returns and exchanges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

• To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team via email or phone with their Order ID, Invoice Copy, and Reason for Return.


2. Conditions for Returns 


• The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received. • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all certificates (if any), invoices, and accessories included. • Items showing signs of wear, resizing, damage, or tampering will not be accepted. • Return requests without proper documentation (invoice/order details) will be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items


• Custom-fitted items such as rings, lockets, or pendants made to size.

• Energized gemstones or astrological remedies that have been used in rituals.

• Sale, discounted, or clearance items.

• Any product that has been damaged, broken, or altered after delivery


4. Refund Process


• Once we receive your returned item, our quality team will inspect and verify its condition.

• You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• For international orders, refunds may take 10–15 business days depending on the payment gateway.

• No refunds will be issued after delivery is completed and accepted by the customer.


5. Exchanges


• Items are eligible for exchange only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

• Custom-fitted items (e.g., rings) can only be exchanged if the error was on our part.

• To initiate an exchange, email us before shipping the product back.


6. International Orders – Refunds & Customs


• If delivery fails due to courier issues, we will refund the amount within 40–45 days (for international orders only).

• Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are imposed by the destination country and must be paid by the customer.

• Astroindusoot is not responsible for these charges.

• If a customer refuses delivery or cancels after dispatch, they will be liable for all return customs/shipping charges.

• Refunds (if any) will only be processed after the item is returned to us, minus applicable charges.


7. Delivery & Address Policy


• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

• Astroindusoot is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

• Address changes must be requested before dispatch by contacting our support team.

• We do not deliver to PO Boxes, hotels, or restricted addresses. 


8. Delays & Force Majeure


• We are not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, government actions, courier strikes, or other force majeure events.

• Customers will be informed of any unexpected delays, and we will strive to deliver at the earliest possible time.


9. Sale Items 


• Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

• Sale, discounted, or promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
